Please read these Terms & Policy (“Terms”) carefully before using the services offered by VYV House of Life, including IV Therapy, The VYV Sequence™, and Subscriptions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

“Provider,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to VYV House of Life, operating at vyv.life.
“Client,” “you,” “your” refers to the individual receiving services.
“IV Therapy” means intravenous infusion treatments delivering fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other wellness-supporting nutrients.
“Sequences” refers to The VYV Sequence™, a proprietary, seven-stage wellness experience integrating guided plant-based practices (where legally permitted), breathwork, sound immersion, and IV infusion therapy. The VYV Sequence™ is non-diagnostic, not a substitute for medical or mental health care, and participation is subject to screening and informed consent.
“Subscription” means any recurring plan offering services with automatic billing, credits, or other membership benefits.

Eligibility & Consultation

Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older.
Consultation: All IV Therapy and VYV Sequence™ participation requires a consultation to assess suitability, review medical history, and identify any contraindications.
Health Disclosure: Clients must provide complete and accurate health information.
No Guarantees: Outcomes from IV Therapy or The VYV Sequence™ may vary; results are not guaranteed.

IV Therapy
IV Therapy includes intravenous infusions designed to support wellness. Participation requires a consultation with a qualified practitioner.

IV Therapy is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients must follow pre-appointment instructions and disclose any medical conditions or concerns.
Services may be declined or modified to ensure safety.
Adverse reactions should be reported immediately to staff.

The VYV Sequence™
The VYV Sequence™ is a seven-stage experiential wellness journey combining plant-based practices (where legally permitted), breathwork, sound immersion, and IV infusion therapy.

It is a holistic, non-diagnostic wellness experience and not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
Participation requires screening, intake forms, and informed consent.
VYV House of Life may modify or decline participation for safety.

Subscriptions & Memberships

Enrollment & Billing: Subscriptions provide recurring access to services or benefits and are billed automatically per the chosen plan.
Cancellation & Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Notice must be provided at least five business days before the next billing period.
Refunds: Recurring fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Cooling-Off Period: Subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if no services have been used.

Appointments & Sequences

Booking: Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
Attendance: Clients are expected to attend all scheduled sessions; missed appointments may incur fees.
Sequences: The VYV Sequence™ follows a structured schedule. Benefits may beforfeited for missed sessions unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing, Payments & Refunds

Pricing: All prices are displayed at booking and may change.
Taxes & Fees: Applicable taxes and charges apply.
Payments: Payment is due at the time of service or per subscription billing.
Refunds: Services already rendered are generally non-refundable; package credits may be prorated at VYV House of Life’s discretion.

Health & Medical Disclaimers

Services are not a replacement for professional medical or mental health care.
Clients assume risks associated with IV Therapy or The VYV Sequence™ and must provide accurate health information.
VYV House of Life is not liable for individual results or outcomes.

Privacy & Data Protection

Client information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

VYV House of Life is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of services or the website. Liability for claims is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VYV House of Life operates. Disputes may be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless alternate mechanisms are agreed in writing.

Changes to Terms

VYV House of Life may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refunds

Returns
